470 Vallejo Challenge

The challenge is to set 5 fitness/health/wellness goals for the next 30 days. The person who accomplishes the most goals of their 5 will be the winner. In the event of a tie, we will determine the winner based on who surpassed their goals by the highest margin.  We'll have to decide what the winner gets but I suggest that the winner gets a dinner of their choosing compliments of the two losers.
My Goals:
-Meditate 25 out of 30 days (easy)
-Get my bench press to 8 reps of 175lbs (medium)
-Complete 5 different v5 bouldering problems (hard)
-Have less than 6 days where I feel like I ate 'poorly' (i.e. less than 6 'cheat days'
-Oct 1st and 8th are already scheduled as cheat days :) ) (hard)
-Cut my time running 4 laps of the filbert steps by 20% (hard)
